Features and applications

• Excellent water tightness and provides protection against liquids in general.

• Good filling of cracks and resistant to micro-cracking.

Substrates

NEW SURFACES

• The surfaces to be painted must be dry and free from dust, soil, moss, efflorescence, nitrate, grease, etc. 
• Remove any dust, grease and other contaminants.
• Apply the paint according to the instructions.

OLD SURFACES 

• Remove any possible contaminating mould, loose paintwork and other building materials with bleach or another suitable product. 
• Treat the efflorescence or nitrate with a diluted acid product, rinse, and leave to dry. It could be advisable to treat the surface with ANTISALMOR.
• Apply a prior coat of FIJAMOR to substrates in a bad condition, with a lack of cohesion or with humidity problems.
• Cracks or breaks larger than 1 mm must be repaired preferably with mortar, or a mixture of 1 part MORCEM ANTIGOTERAS and 4 parts dry sand.
• Sand and level the slopes or uneven surfaces to be painted to avoid any possible waterlogging.
• Apply the paint according to the instructions.

Instructions for use

• Shake product until perfectly mixed.
• Dilute the first coat with water (5-10%).
• Apply the second and following coats undiluted, in a cross direction to the previous layer.
• The product can be applied with a brush, roller or spray gun after first shaking the diluting it, respectively.
• Tools should be cleaned with water before the paint dries.

Cautions and recommendations

• Do not apply at temperatures lower than 5ºC
• Do not apply with relative humidity higher than 85%, nor to wet substrates.
• Do not apply if there is any possibility of rain or frost.
• Store in a cool dry place.
