  • High hardness.
  • Intense colour.
  • Easy to clean.
  • Very fine texture.
  • Low water absorption.
  • Cracking resistant.
  • Antifungus.
  • Antialgae.
  • Hydrorepelant.
  • Flexible.
  • Suitable for underfloor heating systems.

Substrates

  • Empty joints must be dry and clean in all their length and depth.
  • Grouting must be carried out at least 24 hours after tile setting on walls or 48 hours after tile setting on floors.
  • Before starting the application, temporary porefiller PROTECMOR protects porous and non-porous ceramic from possible pigment stains.

Instructions for use

  • Add water (30-32) % and mix manual or mechanically to a consistent paste (not liquid).
  • Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and remix.
  • When working in small areas, grout the joints with a rubber trowel or rechargeable grouting gun, pressing on the paste the material firmly.
  • The mixture must be applied diagonally to the joints pressing the mixture onto the joints and removing the excess.
  • Let the material dry slightly for 20-30 minutes. When the mixture becomes dull, you can clean the surface with a hard, slightly wet sponge.
  • Polish the surface by using a clean dry cloth to remove dust only when the product has hardened in the joint.
  • Let dry for at least 24 hours before normal traffic.
  • Use DESMOR to clean up stained tiles. Make sure the product does not damage the tile. Do not use on grouted joints.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply below 5ºC nor above 30ºC.
  • Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong wind or direct sunlight.
  • Grouting must be carried out at least 24 hours after tile setting on walls or 48 hours after tile setting on floors.
  • Do not use in expansion joints or joints subject to structural movements.
  • Grout the joints once the floor or cladding is completely dry.
  • Do not clean with acids as it may affect application.
  • When applied in swimming pools, wait for at least 7 days after the grout has been applied, before filling the pool.
  • Joints must be without dust and clean adhesive residue and should have a uniform depth, as at least 2/3 of the total thickness.
  • Do not use on stands that are subject to moisture lifts.
  • Do not add excess water, since its final performance can reduce.
  • Do not clean the ceramic or tile with etching or other acids, since it will affect the color and can reduce the final performance of the Board.
  • PH levels suitable for the maintenance of a swimming pool covered between 7 and 8.2, lower pH levels can damage the Board by reducing its durability.
  • When dealing with swimming pools, ponds, spa, health resorts, etc. permanent diving conditions in thermal water, sea water or any other surface with saline treatments, it is very important to have an impermeable and acid resistant grouting and therefore, we suggest using MORCEMCOLOR EPOXI.
  • In the case of areas subject to frost or very abrupt changes in temperature, it is advisable to MORCEM COLOR epoxy.
  • In the case of very absorbant tiles or high temperatures, before refilling the grouting, wet them with clean water, wiping with a wet sponge and avoiding water pooling.
  • The amount of water recommended must be respected, since an excess will cause the development of effluorescences on the surface of the grouting.
  • Do not clean with an excessive amount of water, or while the product is still fresh, to avoid carbonation and discolouration of the surface due to pigment dispersion.
